When should I book an appointment to try on dresses?
We believe around a year before your special day is the perfect time to start looking for your dream dress, however if you don't have that amount of time, that is not a problem we will try our very best to help you.
How long will my appointment be?
You will have two hours dedicated to you to help match you with the perfect dress!
How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?
We suggest no more than three guests with you, lots of different opinions can become very confusing!
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You don't need to bring anything to your first appointment, once you have chosen your dream dress, your chosen underwear and shoes should be worn for the final fittings. Having said that, should you already have your wedding shoes then bring them with you! We do ask that you do not wear recently applied fake tan, fragranced body cream or perfume the day you are trying the dresses on.
Can I take photos?
Yes! We know lots of boutiques don't allow you to take photos, but we are more than happy for you to capture this special moment!
Do you do alterations?
We don't offer alterations at The Hideaway Boutique, however we can definitely recommend a wonderful lady who will look after your every need in alterations to your dress should you require them.
When and how do I pay for my dress?
Once you have found your perfect dress, we ask for a deposit of 60% and the remaining balance is due when you collect your dress. All accessories and veils will need to be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
You can make payment by credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer.
