I absolutely give Cheryl 5* service. From the moment I met her she was extremely friendly and welcoming. She listened to my vision for my dress and advised me professionally. She made that experience of picking my wedding dress extra special and the time spent in her boutique was extremely intimate which I loved.

What an absolutely wonderful experience. The shop is beautiful and the ladies made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I was nervous about trying on dresses but that disappeared straight away as soon as I tried on the first dress.
A beautiful boutique with beautiful dresses. My whole appointment was made to feel so personal and unique to me. I loved being able to look for myself at dresses as well as having advice from the lovely ladies! Who in fact pulled a dress for me that I'd of never dreamed of choosing myself and I loved it! Will definitely be recommending to my bride to be friends in the future.
I recently had the pleasure of joining my future Daughter in Law, her mother and sister at The Hideaway Boutique for a dress selection appointment. It was a beautiful place and we were made to feel exceptionally welcome by the owner. She listened and then helped the bride to be to select some dresses. Nothing was too much trouble and more importantly...she did not put anyone under any pressure at any time during the appointment. She subtly gave us some ideas, encouragement and suggestions as a result of which, the bride found her dream dress. Prices are very reasonable as well. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending a visit to this boutique by future brides to be and we look forward to seeing the dress when it arrives.
We had such an amazing experience at The Hideaway Boutique. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, whilst still complying to all covid secure measures. I am returning in a week or so to try two final dresses and couldn't be more excited to be back!
I really enjoyed visiting Cheryl at The Hideaway Boutique. Cheryl was very accommodating and made me feel totally at ease. This was the first time I had tried wedding dresses on and it was a fantastic experience. A Prosecco welcome drink and a chat about what type of dresses I like before browsing the
dresses. I ended up selecting eight to try on. I felt no pressure to walk away with a gown even though I fell in love with one. I was able to walk away and have time to think about it which I was really glad about.

Cheryl and Kate made me and my guests feel so comfortable from the start and they had a number of dresses in different styles which helped me decide what I did and didn't like! I have recently visited The Hideaway Boutique with my friend who is due to be married. The place was beautiful and we were made to feel so welcome. We had such a lovely experience and Kate was so helpful. She made the bride to be feel at ease and really helped her find what suited her and couldn't of done more. The dresses were beautiful and affordable. I would highly recommend a visit to The Hideaway Boutique.
What an amazing, helpful bridal shop! Cheryl and Kate made me and my guest feel very welcome and the dress trying experience was lovely. Cheryl has been extremely patient with me and my decision for choosing the dress of my dreams. After having a bad experience elsewhere and feeling disappointed, Cheryl was calm, kind and reassuring. There was no pressure from her, and I was able to return as many times to try on the dress which I kept thinking about. I had an amazing experience at The Hideaway Boutique. My first ever experience in a bridal boutique and it was honestly the best experience. Kate was so lovely and helped me find the dresses that were perfect for me, now the hard job choosing which one to go for.
I have recently purchased my dream dress from Cheryl who was so patient throughout the whole process. My bridesmaids and I were made to feel welcome at the initial visit and it was exactly how wedding dress shopping should be in a lovely boutique with some bubbles & giggles along the way!

Cheryl was so lovely, she was very patient and gave me lots of help and support when choosing my dress. It was a very peaceful and fun experience, we were treated so well when we where there. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions, but had lots of fun trying on dresses and accessories to chose what worked best for me! And it was such a beautifully designed boutique. I had the perfect experience at The Hideaway Boutique! Andrea was so helpful, friendly and welcoming and the boutique was absolutely beautiful! Andrea was really helpful with suggestions for which styles of dress to try and allowed me the space to decide what I liked the most. She made the appointment really special by allowing me to take my time and celebrating with myself and my family when I found my dress! I cannot rate my experience at the Hideaway Boutique high enough! I am usually quite shy and anxious in new situations but I was immediately made to feel comfortable and like we had all the time in the world for me to try on dresses. It felt like Cheryl was a member of my bridal party offering opinions here and there and she looked as emotional as the rest of us when I found my dress. The ordering and service was great, everything felt well in hand and gave me nothing to worry about as it was all in hand. I felt beautiful in my dress and can't thank the Hideaway Boutique enough.
